OEM & ODM Services
Does AirProz provide OEM and private label manufacturing for heat pumps and air conditioners?
Yes. AirProz provides OEM and private label manufacturing for air conditioners, space heating heat pumps, water heaters, pool heat pumps and commercial HVAC products. Depending on the selected model and order quantity, customer branding can be applied to the unit, controller, remote control, packaging, labels and technical documents. See our OEM and ODM manufacturing services.
What is the difference between OEM and ODM heat pump manufacturing?
OEM normally uses an existing AirProz product platform with the customer's branding, packaging and selected configurations. ODM involves more extensive development, such as a new appearance, capacity range, control system or technical specification. OEM projects are usually faster and require less engineering validation, while ODM schedules and costs depend on the scope of product development and testing.
What HVAC product customization options does AirProz offer?
Depending on the model and order quantity, customization may include the logo, casing colour, packaging, labels, manuals, controller interface, voltage, frequency, connectivity and selected performance settings. Refrigerant or major electrical changes require a separate technical and compliance review. Every request is evaluated for engineering feasibility, production cost, lead time and certification impact before confirmation.
Can AirProz sign an NDA for an ODM project?
Yes. AirProz can sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before reviewing confidential product specifications, industrial designs, engineering documents or market plans. The parties should agree on the NDA scope before detailed technical information is exchanged. This helps protect both the customer's proprietary requirements and AirProz's engineering information during development.
Does AirProz provide sales materials for distributors?
Yes. Available sales materials may include product catalogues, technical datasheets, high-resolution images, product videos, user manuals and comparison tables. Multilingual materials and customized branded content can also be discussed for OEM projects. The exact files available depend on the selected product series and the stage of the project.
Product Selection
How do I choose the right AirProz HVAC product for my market?
Start by sharing the destination country, application, required capacity, climate conditions, voltage, frequency, certification requirements and estimated order volume. AirProz can then recommend suitable product series and configurations for your market. Buyers who are comparing manufacturers can also use our B2B heat pump manufacturer buying guide.
What is the difference between R290, R32 and R410A refrigerants?
R290 has a very low global warming impact and is increasingly selected for environmentally focused heat pump projects. R32 is widely used in modern air conditioners and heat pumps, while R410A remains available for established markets and product platforms. The right choice depends on local regulations, product type, certification and installation conditions. Read our R290 vs R32 heat pump guide for a detailed comparison.
Which air-to-water heat pumps are suitable for cold climates below -20°C?
Selected AirProz R290 and R32 air-to-water heat pumps are designed for outdoor temperatures below -20°C. The exact minimum operating temperature, available heating capacity, COP and maximum outlet water temperature vary by model and test condition. Product selection should therefore use the specific datasheet and local heat-load calculation. Compare suitable options in our cold-climate heat pump guide.
What is the difference between T1 and T3 air conditioners?
T1 and T3 air conditioners are designed for different climate and ambient-temperature conditions. T1 models suit standard climate applications, while selected AirProz T3 models are engineered for high-ambient markets where outdoor temperatures may reach around 50°C. Cooling capacity and efficiency must be checked at the required test condition. See our T3 air conditioner guide for high-temperature market selection.
How do I size a heat pump or air conditioner for a project?
Accurate sizing starts with the project location, design temperatures, building or pool dimensions, insulation, heat load, required water temperature, occupancy and operating schedule. AirProz can provide preliminary selection support, but final system sizing should use complete project data and local installation standards. Review our HVAC project examples or compare the swimming pool heat pump range for pool applications.
Certifications & Compliance
What certifications are available for AirProz heat pumps and air conditioners?
Depending on the product and model, available certifications and compliance documents may include CE, ErP, Keymark, MCS, UKCA, CB, RoHS and SAA. AirProz manufacturing systems are also supported by ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management standards. Buyers should request the certificate and scope that correspond to the exact model and destination market.
Are all AirProz products covered by the same certifications?
No. Certification coverage is model-specific and market-specific. A certificate held for one series, capacity or electrical configuration does not automatically cover every AirProz product. Before ordering, buyers should confirm the exact model number, certificate scope, test report and destination-country requirements with the sales team.
Can AirProz support certification under a customer's brand?
Yes, where permitted by the relevant certification scheme. AirProz can provide available test reports and technical files and can support an application to add an OEM brand. The procedure, cost, documentation and approval requirements depend on the product, certification body and destination market. Certification feasibility should be confirmed before finalizing branded packaging or placing a bulk order.
What technical and compliance documents are supplied with an order?
Available documents may include product datasheets, user manuals, installation manuals, wiring diagrams, performance data, test reports and Declarations of Conformity where applicable. Commercial documents such as the invoice, packing list and shipping documents are prepared according to the order and agreed Incoterm. The exact document package should be confirmed for the selected model and market.
MOQ, Pricing & Production
What is the MOQ for AirProz heat pumps and air conditioners?
The minimum order quantity for standard AirProz products starts from five units. The exact MOQ may vary depending on the product model, OEM customization and packaging requirements. One sample unit may also be ordered for product evaluation before placing a bulk order.
Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Sample orders are available for selected models, subject to stock and production availability. The sample cost, branding options, freight method and preparation time will be confirmed before the order is placed. Testing a sample can help distributors and project buyers evaluate performance, installation and local market suitability before bulk purchasing.
What information is required to receive an accurate factory quotation?
Please provide the product category, destination country, required capacity, refrigerant, voltage, frequency, quantity, certification requirements and customization needs. For project orders, also include the application, design conditions and expected delivery schedule. The more complete the information, the more accurately AirProz can confirm the model, price, lead time and shipping terms.
What is the typical production lead time?
The typical production lead time is approximately 15–30 days after the product specifications, payment terms, branding artwork and order details are confirmed. The exact delivery schedule may vary depending on the order quantity, customization requirements, material availability and factory production schedule.
Does AirProz supply 50Hz, 60Hz, single-phase and three-phase products?
Yes. Selected AirProz products are available in single-phase or three-phase configurations and in 50Hz or 60Hz versions. Electrical specifications vary by model and destination market, so the required voltage, phase and frequency must be confirmed on the quotation, order and technical datasheet before production.
